How does Bit Ride work?
With Bit Ride, you propose the fare for your trip. Nearby drivers can accept, decline, or counter your offer — giving you control over pricing and creating a fair experience for both sides. It’s simple, transparent, and flexible.
How do I request a ride or delivery?
Open the Steel Ryde app, enter your pickup and drop-off location, choose your service (ride, delivery, or Bit Ride), and confirm your request. You’ll see the driver’s ETA and details instantly.
Can I track my ride or delivery?
Yes. All rides and deliveries are tracked in real time. You can watch your driver approach and share your trip progress with friends or family.
Is it safe to ride with Steel Ryde?
Absolutely. All drivers are background-checked and rated by riders. We also offer in-app SOS support, real-time tracking, and trip sharing to keep you safe from start to finish.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept secure in-app payments via credit/debit card or wallet. Some locations may also support cash depending on local settings.
Can I become a Steel Ryde driver?
Yes! If you meet our basic requirements (valid license, clean record, vehicle check), you can sign up through the Driver app. Choose your hours, accept rides or deliveries, and earn on your schedule.
